Partizáni

The film Partizani is based on the successful photographic project by Symon Kliman whose aim was to bring stories of veteran partisans closer to the people through large dimension installations in public areas and galleries. However, accompanying photographs with written or spoken word is not sufficient to narrate their stories to the fullest extent. This film is intended to provide more comprehensive statement of still living participants of the Slovak national uprising by confronting their views, memories and beliefs.
